They say it's a case of location, location, location... There are a number of 'Gold Streets' throughout the country, but regardless of where this iconic, English, blue and white enamel street sign is actually from, it definitely makes for a fantastic street name and a very fun piece of decoration. 

This particular sign probably dates from the early-mid 20th century and does show some signs of it's life exposed to the elements with patches of enamel loss and some surface scratches. Despite this the sign retains a generally good gloss, the blue still holds a deep hue and the lettering remains clear. 

The sign measures 89cm wide x 18cm high and can be hung using it's original mounting holes.
