'Flesh for Frankenstein' aka. 'Andy Warhol's Frankenstein' (the title the film was marketed under in the US) was quite an unusual take on the classic tale, but that was 'our Andy'! When released in 1974 the use of 3D intensified the gruesomeness of the action, with several disembowelments being shot from a perspective such that the internal organs are thrust towards the camera... The original cinema screenings must've been quite a trip! 

 

A fantastically graphic piece of design work, the poster definitely does the film justice and this original US one sheet is an excellent example of it's type. The poster has been professionally linen backed to aide it's conservation and as a result of this the original fold lines are nigh-on invisible (rare with glossy posters from this period which generally suffered losses along the fold lines) and the poster displays beautifully flat. 

 

The poster has been professionally framed and is ready to hang. Including the frame it measures 107cm high x 71.5cm wide x 2.5cm deep.
