This large enamel letter E makes for an impressive piece of vintage, industrial decoration. Standing at just over 61cm high, letter has decent presence and displays well with glossy, bright white enamel and curved edges that give the piece a slightly 3D form. 

 

I don't know where the letter originated from, though it's likely to date to the 1950s/'60s and it's size would indicate that it was part of a shop front/department store... Condition remains decent for the age, there's some denting/enamel loss to the upper left corner of the sign as well as a couple of enamel chips and some slight yellowing to the edges but in my opinion this adds to the piece's vintage aesthetic. 

 

The sign measures 61.5cm high x 38cm wide x 2.5cm deep.
