A General Anatomy medical chart designed for the St. John's Ambulance Association by The Educational Supply Association Ltd. I beliece this chart to be slightly earlier than most of the examples found and probably dates to the 1930s. 

 

Wonderfully striking, graphic pieces - these anatomical charts are printed on canvas with a glossy surface coating. Designed to be rolled up and stored away, this example has kept it's punchy colours. The coating has yellowed, there are some creases from the rolling and un-rolling. Over the years it's lost the wooden bar at the bottom and there's a partial detachment from the upper bar but it still displays well - pins or bluetac along the bottom edge will help to stop it rolling back up.

 

A real statement piece that's incredibly easy to display, this chart measures 1.69m high x 55cm wide.
