A fantastic, original mid-century Tri-ang Railways advertising poster. 

 

This poster advertises the T T Gauge model trains "The smallest comprehensive model system in Great Britain" and was printed by Studio Torron (Litho) Ltd. I believe it dates to the 1950s.

It remains in fantastic condition; has never been folded and has little to no sun fading, with the colours remaining strong and vibrant. There are darker rectangles around the outer edges either from mounting or to indicate where it should be mounted. There's also very slight mottling to the paper as would be expected for a piece of it's age.

 

A large and striking poster, with wonderfully detailed graphics of the train models. This isn't an example I've encountered before in any condition; ideal for the collector, enthusiast or just as a piece of decor. 

 

Including the frame, the poster measures 104cm wide x 79.5cm high. It's been professionally framed using conservation grade backing paper and is ready to hand.
