This original 1934 French Goodrich Tyres advertising poster features some wonderfully Art Deco styling set against a vibrant, deep orange background.

The poster reads "Sécurité par tous les temps, le Superballon adhére a la route." which translates to "Safety in all weathers, the Superballon sticks to the road.". This is demonstrated by the illustration of the large, classic car racing through the rain.

The poster was designed by Atelier Jelb and has a date stamp for it's production in 1934 in the lower left corner. Despite it's age, the poster has survived in excellent condition; it's colours remain vibrant and aside from the original fold lines and a scattering of creases (which you'd expect, even hope to see with an original piece) the poster remains undamaged. It has been professionally framed using conservation grade backing paper and is ready to hang.

Including the frame, the piece measures 90cm high x 55.5cm wide
